Bad service

4th December 2020 I went to Truworths at Creole stone mall to exchange cloths,the was a shortfall of R179.00 I paid it with my cheque card I was told it did not go through eventhou it it ,was told to pay again which I did,tried showing them on my phone that it debuted my account twice,but they said no it did not,was assisted by a trainee who seem not to know anything,the supervisor was called but she did not help.following day took my bank statement to prove I paid twice but they disputed a official bank statement,telling me they have to send to head office my money will be riveced back to my account, and I will be called,8 days later no call,no money in my account.They seem not to know what they doing in that shop.
