Bad service

Why is it that with truworths one has to run after them for them to send you your statements? Last month I had to call their account department to send me my statement as I did not receive it for January. Now I just found out that they don't report my credit behaviour to the relevant organisation. how many people are you inconviniencing on daily basis just because you hire people who are not fami**** with the processes to be followed.
