BAD SERVICE

I have truwoths customer for almost a decade now. I have been a loyal customer.

On 29 October 2018, I purchased a cell phone at truworths Sandton CITY Huawei Y6, the cell phone was giving me problems within 2weeks of purchases, it was having following problems: Freezing, hanging, and I was not able to make or receive phone calls while the network is full available.

On 27 December I took back the cell phone for repairs in Sandton.

Yesterday on 24 January 2019, when I came to collect the cell phone, the cell phone has cracks on the screens, when I took for repairs the cell phone didn’t have any cracks or damages.

My challenge is I can’t take back the cell phone with screens cracks, because when I took it for repairs it didn’t have any damages, what is the cell phone is giving me problems again will it still under warranty since it have cracks? Or it will be out of warranty since it have a cracks now? Or I will be one liable now?

Please sort this matter, I don’t want this cell phone anymore.
