Wanted to exchange clothes bought and get something else
The dress doesn't fit me and i didn't get time to exchange now I will be paying for a dress that doesn't fit
Only can exchange after 30days
Here is a rule as per consumer protection If goods are found not to comply with these requirements then, for up to 6 months after receiving the goods, the consumer can:
return the goods, orget the goods replaced, orget the goods repaired.

Further to this, kindly note that Truworths’ returns policy stipulates that we allow ordinary returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original date of purchase. The Consumer Protection Act (CPA) does enable a customer to return defective goods within a 6 months period, at which point the customer may elect whether to be refunded in full, or to have the item exchanged or repaired. However, in the absence of a defect, retailers are not ordinarily obliged under the law to accept returns.
