11 Sept 2015, 16:22Hello Jcl3r0ux,
Thank you for your post and allowing us the opportunity to respond.
In line with our Returns Policy, we will happily credit or exchange merchandise, including gifts, provided they are returned with the original invoice or gift receipt, within 30 days from the date of purchase and all other criteria are met.
The gift receipt needs to be requested at the time of purchase in order to facilitate an easy return. Whilst we acknowledge your frustration, as were you are not in possession of either proof of purchase, you were correctly informed that a return could not be authorized.
We have however escalated your concerns to the relevant Area Manager. We have attempted to contact you in this regard, but were regrettably unsuccessful in our attempts. We therefore sent an email to you and are currently awaiting your reply.
We trust that we will be able to adequately resolve this matter upon receipt of your reply.
Kind regards,
Lynn
