Bad service

I purchased a top in December from Truworths Cavendish store.

The purchased was made with a gift card I received for xmas.

I only realized I took two of the same tops just different sizes. I lost the slip and they refuse to exchange for a different top or load credit back onto gift card.

The tag stil on the top, like what must I do with the top, such a freaking waste.

Very disappointed
