Bad service

I made an online shopping to be delivered in Katlehong due to the unrest i made the request via e-mail to be delivered in alberton since Katlehong was not operating due to looting and i received a response that my query will escalated but was surprised to receive an sms that my order was delivered in Katlehong and when i got there the mall was not operating and i call your customer service only to found out that my order was delivered at mall of the same then i waisted my time,expense for your mistake even now i asked my cousin to collect on my behalf with my ID they refused and alberton was very much convenient for me
