Bad service

Today I wanted to buy a cell phone but the salesperson was reluctant to help me, he was irritated and did not even try to explain the specs of a cell phone that I wanted to buy and which they did not have a sample but only new ones. They couldn't open a new cell phone so that I could view it. I will newer visit that store again.
