Bad Service

Truworths Baywest Mall terrible service. Infact no service. Bought a watch at end of August a BAD BOY WATCH. Not even two months old strap coming loose. Glass falling out. Take it back get told by Manageress she would phone company and call me the nect day well no call. The manageress in fact has no peoples skill.Will not be promoteing or suporting both businesses in future. Terrible
