bad service

my wife bought me a watch as a birthday present which she gave to me the night befor my birthday when i put the watch on my arm the the watch had a chip in the glass and the big arm inside was loose i then took it back to where she bought it and they didnt want to replace it it was told we had dropped it but there ewas no dents or scrathes to say that it has fallen all trouwrths claremont said we must fixed the glass and the will see to the mechanism. i then took it to fossil and the lady there said truworths had to replace it but in the end i paid R300 to fix the glass and they will fix the mechanism free of charge as it is under warranty . i wouldnt go and buy anything at truworths again it was bad service and to say that you broke it when the watch was in a safe
