Bad service

<p>Hi There</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently app**** for an account with truworths. When I did the affordability application I advised that I have a joint bond not comming of my account but my husbands. I was declined as the bond was still included. I then requested to appeal it as it is a joint bond and I also have a tenant renting the property from there it went down hill. I spoke to 4 agents today. 1 that did the application failing to disclose what I mentioned on my application. When I followed up 2 hung up on me. 1 was extremely rude. When I requested to speak to the new account team leader with 2 of the agents no one was willing to let me speak with them. The rudeness and poor service has been shocking this morning!!!! Im not sure if I am not allowed to speak with the team leader but I know in everyother institution this is allowed without any issues. I extremely angered and irritated if this is how truworths treats its customers.</p>
