BAD SERVICE
<p>I called in at truworth atleast 2 months ago to claim for my phone but its 2017 and am still waiting for someone to assist me .this is the second time am claiming with truworth(finrite) and ive never recieved good service </p>

Truworths' cellphone insurance cover is underwritten by Hollard Insurance Company Limited and administered by Finrite Insurance Administrators.
We have therefore liaised with Finrite regarding your concerns. We were informed that you were subsequently contacted by a representative from their offices who informed you of the outstanding documentation required for them to arrange the collection of your handset. They have subsequently verified that there documents were received from you on 08 February 2017.
