Bad service

I have addressed my issue via email as well as via your website without it being resolved satisfactorily. As I have not received a statement for several months now, neither did I receive an SMS for December informing me of my instalment amount due, thus not being aware that my instalment had increased by R130, I paid my normal instalment being R1020, on 31 December. On 13 Jan I received an SMS stating that my account is overdue and that I must pay R1610 immediately ! Only when accessing my account online did I become aware that my instalment had increased by R130. I then paid this amount on 13 Jan. Despite my payments now being up to date I still receive SMS'S from yourselves stating that my account is overdue and that I must pay R1610 !! My next instalment is due on 4 Feb. Please check your records and refrain from sending me these SMS'S. Furthermore, please afford me the courtesy of a response. Account no. ********** ********** refers.
