Bad Service
<p>I bought shoes at Truworths in veereniging , and did not try them on, only tried them on at home only to find out that they are uncomfortable , now today i went to Truworths in Rustenburg because i stay they, they are saying that the shoes are dirty and the bottom they have been worn, i explained to the cahier that i only wore them in my bedroom while checking if they are ok, i didnt wear them for long or to walk with them outside, she refused to take them back and called the manager , the manager also refused saying that the bottom looks dirty and she didnt even want to hear me out after finding out that the shoes were baught at veereniging and not at that shop. This is the worst service ever ive has from Truworths, how are the shoes worn when they still have the price on th and they look very clear, im so furious and will not be using this account anymore, what will i do with this shoes. This is bad service </p>

In accordance with our Returns Policy, we will gladly allow a return or exchange of any merchandise returned within 30 days from the date of purchase; provided that the criteria of our Returns Policy are met.
We discussed your concerns with the relevant Store Manager and were informed that the shoes were originally purchased on 17 August on the day of your return the shoes had no price tag/sticker attached and was not in its original condition. The manager therefore could not authorize the return thereof.
We acknowledge that you are not happy with this decision however trust that you will be able to perceive and accept our stance in this regard.
