Bad Service
<p>I went to Truwoths today to pick up a few items with a voucher/gift card that was sent to me via the uitenhage store. I have been on the phone with the Uitenhage store and they confirmed that it was loaded on the system and that i should just go to the counter with my Identity document. I called my mother wsho bought me the voucher and she confirmed that everything is in order with the amount of the voucher as well. After I picked out a few items I got the till, and it seemed like I was speaking French or Chinese. The manager of the store was more concerned with applying another layer of make up on her already thick based face that assisting me. She did even try to call the Uitenhage store, Head office or the account holder to try and help me. The manager and staff are in serious need of customer service training. I have never felt this dissapointed with Truworths.</p>
