Bad service
<p>I dont know how many times i called to closed my account with truworths and they keep on telling about the trulife hollard insurance that i still need to cancel. i called to cancel that insurance and i also received a confirmation sms for cancellation but still truworths is telling me about the insurance that does not exist. this is really frustrating and i cant keep on calling for the same thing. can someone please sort this mess up asap as i need my account to truworths acc to be closes asap.</p>

We have reviewed your account and can verify that it was indeed settled in full following your payment received on 31 May 2016. Further to this, we can confirm that the policy referred to in your post is underwritten by Hollard Life Assurance Company Limited which is administered by Trulife and was activated on your Truworths account in July 2014.
Following our recent email correspondence we received confirmation of cancellation of this policy from Trulife effective 01 July 2016.
We trust that we were able to adequately attend to this matter for you and although we are losing you as an account holder we truly to hope to maintain the relationship we have established with you over the years by retaining you as a cash customer.
