Bad service

i have purchased 2 items online. After numerous calls i was told that my order was on its way to me. I then i recieve only 1 of the 2 items. When i called to enquire i was told it comes from various stores and that the other item will come sperately. <br> <br> Its already late!!!!!<br> and i now have to pay another delivery charge. <br> <br> I was not told this when placing my order. Were the items come from is not my problem. if i place 1 order i expect 1 delivery, Your nitty gritty issues should not be the customers problem. <br> <br> How much later am I going to recieve the rest of my order!!!<br> <br> This is terrible, online purchased should be convienient. <br> <br> Durban store have total **** to purchase i though online have better stuff but its worse here
