Bad service

I bought items online it was on special and the size was small thn went to SAM NTULI MALL in katlehong the item was returned nd credited back into my acc and i was told by the assistant manager SELLO that ill have to buy it with a normal price as it's no longer on sale well if that's your new policy this is light ******* especially if I still had my proof pf purchase
