Bad Service *****

Placed an order online on the 17th May 2023 and to date I am still waiting on the delivery. Agents need to be trained on how to handles calls professionally. Service has been beyond poor, SLA was not met and I am been held responsible for the company not able to deliver a service. So many discrepancies and red flags in the information provided from the agents, seems like ***** taking place on Truworths end. Can the delivery I placed be delivered asap, this will be the last that I ever order anything online again. Bunch of *******. Spoke to Nicole.
