Bad service
<p>Good day.</p> <p>I sent a mail to Truworths regarding my complaint.</p> <p>I bought a t-shirt at Elukwatini Truworths. I took off the tag as I wanted to wear it and I realized that it is torn.. I still have the receipt and no longer have the tag. I went to report it to Truworths Lydenburg and requested a exchange they refused to help me. </p>

When merchandise presents with a potential quality issue, we will gladly credit or exchange any defective merchandise provided the merchandise is returned to us within six (6) months of the purchase date; you can provide proof of purchase and the item has been used for its intended purpose and cared for according to the wash/ care instructions.
We confirm that one of our consultants has been in contact with you and we would like to encourage you to return back to your closest store with the garment, together with your proof of purchase and speak to the Store Manager.
