BAD SERVICE

My Best friend is getting married in December I had recommended she purchase a lipstick from the store Mac brand so yesterday which we were excited to do just that, when we entered the store at Midlands Liberty Mall ,three ladies were in the cosmetic side of the store, one siting down and two standing we walked towards one of the standing ladies then asked which lipstick can she recommend based on lasting longer and skin color she explained that she is not allocated in this section but can ask someone to assist, then the lady proceed to call another who was also standing she then responded to say she also doesn't know, she then called the one sitting on the chair who also said she don't know. these two ladies didn't even bother to come closer and hear what we were requesting, didn't even take time to notice us, I then asked the lady standing with us to say don't you guys learn about these things and maybe show us some testers we can try on then we left feeling so disappointed and angry. so please kindly assist me with this if two of your employees don't know anything about the products or sit down don't even bother to hear what the customer needs what must happen do?
