Bad Security Services

I went to pay Truworths at Carlton Centre on the 04 December 2021. so while making a payment on the account at the Till which I was assisted by your employee at 11:15, I forgot my Cellphone on top of the Counter. So I called my phone when I realised that it was gone but it was already off. So I only managed to call the Store on Monday (06 December 2021), spoke to Thuli whom I gave the employee number of the Lady who assisted me at the till; She only advised that they did not find it and they also do not have CAMERAS in the Store. I am very disappointed with the Security of this Store.
