Bad return policy

I just bought a wallet today at Truworths in Kimberley, Phakamile Mabija Street. When I got home I found out it's not what I was looking for but couldn't find my receipt, I have proof of purchase because I used a debit card but they do not want to refund me without a flimsy piece of paper. The merchandise is in order everything on it is still intact and was never used I bought it this morning.
