Bad response and delay tactics

After several times trying to pay of my account which was handed over to CSS, I can share my absolute disappointment with how this matter has been handled. Css is the culprit but Truworths trust them. Can Truworths please intervene, I just need to settle and move on. The delays are shocking, the recent response feom CSS is they are waiting for Truworths. There is no care feom CSS at all, or it's a strategy of keeping me paying for ever? One consultant says I over paid the account with R3000, the next person on the line says i must pay R1700. I am also told about other transactions which were reversed yet the statement says different stories. TRUWORTHS PLEASE HELP!
