Bad quality Uzzi belt

I bought an Uzzi belt last year around August last year 2024 and Yesterday while I was busy presenting for the client the metal strip broke off and fell on the floor. which was very embarrassing & later that afternoon I went to the Eastgate branch for the replacement they told me about proof of payment which I did not have and they checked on the account purchase history which they could not find it because I bought it for cash for R400 . I am very disappointed in the quality of the brand for the fact that I hardly wore the belt & they sell low quality product at high price. I pay my account more than the monthly instalment. I was told there`s nothing they could do for me. now I must throw away the belt and buy another one.
