Bad Quality of hemisphere brand

I spoke to Gcobani Makumhsa, regional Manager of Truworths, who told me that based on the terms and conditions they are covered if the quality of their clothing is not up to standard and also, they do not have to compensate customers for any inconvenience if there is a problem with truworths's clothing, the hemisphere brand. He also asked me if i returned anything in the past and if I was compensated for my inconvenience. My response was yes... to name 3 companies, pampers gave me a voucher of R50 off my next purchase, Shoprite gave my money back and free meat of the same value, Pick and pay also did the name. while talking to Gcobani, he said "alright' so many time- whereby i told him to stop syaing the words because nothing was alright about the phonecall we had. I would like Carlos Camara to assist me as a customer because I personally feel , crediting me back is not the best they can do. I'm sure if Shoprite can compensate their customers they can too.
