Bad quality but highly priced.
Hello, I recently bought your LTD Grey Edge-Edge Cardigan at Hemingways store. I have prob worn it out about 3 times, making yesterday the third. It is going bad, the material is getting ruined. That is beyond fluff...I do not have a till slip but was bought on a gift card. Can you please advise on how to go about returning it, I can't pay R850 for something that cannot even make 2 months

Our Returns Policy allows a return or an exchange on merchandise that presents with a potential quality issue, provided that the return is made within 6 months from the purchase date and all returns criteria are met.
As you are no longer in possession of the purchase docket, we escalated this matter for the attention of the respective Store Manager. As advised, she has committed to further assist, once the requested documents are provided.
We are however pleased that you will be returning to the respective store, and trust that this matter to be acceptably resolved soon.
