Bad quality and bad customer service

Hello, I bought 2 jerseys from truworths east Rand mall on the 18 March. One purple and the other yellow. I am disappointed with the quality the yellow jersey keeps getting bigger and stretching I've only worn it once but it's as if I've had it for years I'm very disappointed with the quality and the purple jersey is just worn out I don't understand what's going on with the quality.

I went to Chris Hani Truworths and the ladies working here seemed uninterested in helping me. When the lady helping me asked the manager if she could help me she was rude and uninterested because I don't have a slip. I didn't keep the slip because I always buy from truworths and the quality never disappoints but this time around the stuff was not eager to help.

I've returned items from Edgars and MRP without any slip but they were able to help me. The stuff at truworths Chris Hani was rude and unwilling to assist. I'm very disappointed with the quality and service I got at truworths.

I bought the 2 jerseys on 18 March I took a picture at the dressing room hence I was able to recall the date of purchase
