Bad Quality
<p>I purchased the Truworths Man duffle bag a year ago and now the zipper and material around has torn, I must say i am highly disappointed with quality.</p>

In these instances our Returns Policy allows for defective merchandise to be returned within six months from the date of purchase provided that all criteria of this policy are met.
