Bad quality

This is the third timing I'm needing to come on here to complain about truworths quality. It's annoying because I've trusted this brand for 6 - 7 years now and I have never had such disappointment. I purchase my son's school bag on truworths, the LTD brand which I've loved since I gave birth to my son. The bag was used and intended for use at school. It hasn't even been a month yet and this bag is already falling apart. By the price of their products I'd expect the quality to be top notch! Bear in mind I buy LTD school bag every year and last year's bag fell apart close to the end of the school year but this year's one hasn't even lasted a month. It is sad because they do not have a chat or email customer care and I would need to go in store to have it returned. Besides this I live quite far from any truworths so going to store would be very inconvenient for me.
