BAD QUALITY
<p>I am deeply disappointed by thruworths quality! I bought a pair of pantyhouse on the 15th of June. I only wore one pair once and it was broken and i wore the other pair next day same thig happen so the following week i went back to Prominade Store M/plain where I bought them. i spoke the a lady manager Tanya she refused to take them back saying that 'WE DONT TAKE BACK UNDERWEAR' I tried to explain to here that i know the policy BUT its because of the quality but she just didnt wanna listen. after paying fo so much money for such **** quality i should have just gone chinese stores!</p>

Our process is for the Store Manager to assess the garment and if they are unable to make a technical decision, the garment is sent to our Head Office for further assessment.
During our telephonic conversation, we confirm that you were informed of this policy and agreed to return the mentioned garment to our store mentioned in your post.
