Bad, pathetic service ok

I have never felt so small in my entire life after so many years supporting Truworths a till operator at Maponya Mall gave me a sucking and pathetic service, I just went to the store few minutes ago asking to laybye a dress mind you my partner I just had a car accident yesterday so we bought forgot our I'd cards and driver's licence in that car and when I went to Maponya Mall I just needed retail therapy and got to this.i asked the till operator to call in the manager and the manager was worse blutuntly rude. He told were to get off in front of customers and his staff and left me like that. I'm very angry it's not funny,it's as if I had gone to ask for bread . The manage who gave me this kind of service Bongani Radebe, I'm disappointed and my partner have an existing laybye for our daughter it was not his first time doing a laybye .This manager didn't even even accept my partners medical aid which has got his Id number.
