BAD PATHETIC SERVICE FROM TRUWORTHS
My mom app**** online for a truworths account. Wow she was approved and then send an sms telling her that the account is approved with a R3000 credit limit. The sms said " Please collect your card at your nearest Truworths store , and don't forget to take you ID with" So now she was going today. Just now received another sms, we cannot give you an account at this stage. Truworths really. Most disgusting and pathetic service ever. You get approved and then declined. Wow the approval was online after entering all the details you wanted. Why not decline it then
