Bad online shopping experience

I have placed an order for a denim hemisphere shorts on my account on the 28th of November They sent me a message twice on the 3rd of December and 6th of December that my order is being processed, I am waiting till now for my order I went to check for it in store at truworths man in estcourt KZN but they couldn't find my parcel a guy helped me check for it but failed to find it he took my details down an promised to contact me before the end of today an I haven't heard from him since then

This is pathetic service I will not recommend this store to anyone an I would like to have my account credit back so I can shop somewhere else My order was R600.00 and stated free shipping but I got nothing as yet
