BAD ONLINE EXPERIENCE STILL DIDNT RECEIVE MY ORDER!!!!

So I've placed an online order on 29 July already, its now 6 August. Since 29 July I haven't received any update or feedback on my order. When I go online the order is exactly on the same stage/step it was. if I can advise you DON'T ORDER ONLINE, THEY HAVE REALLY BAD SERVICE. Previously when I ordered from them it only took about 3-4 days to arrive, that why I ordered again. BUT LIKE I SAID, NO UPDATES, DIDNT GET MY SHOES YET, BUT COME MONTH END THEN I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHOES I DONT EVEN HAVE YET
