BAD ITEM QUALITY 😢

Good Morning team I'm very disappointed with the customer services I received from Truworths Maponya Mall.I bought a black skirt with leather stripes ski number ***6 when I went to report the matter of the damage on the shirt I only worn was I was told they can't assist me ,I then reported the matter to their head office customer service ref no.89649 spoke to Nandi Zibo never ever got a call from the lady.Store manager didn't even bothered himself or herself to send the item for quality check ,I'm disappointed cause I paid for this item and it was a bit costly and Truworths are unable to assist in my matter,After this experience I find it very difficult to purchase from this store again ,cause it's always a challenge for retail stores to assist in providing professional customer services.
