Bad expirience at truworths

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with truworths Randfontein .. this morning around 11 i went to return shoes that i bought some time back but didnt fit them at the shop when i got home realised they dont fit..when going to the shop the lady that was called as manager..with no name tag was very rude and not helpful answered me with a bad attitude and chased me out of the shop..
