Bad experience with Truworths Online

Maybe I just got really unlucky, but I would not encourage anyone to use the Truworths Online store. I ordered two jeans from them thinking I could avoid spending too much time in the mall with Covid19 doing the rounds everywhere. Long story short, I couldn't enter my home address for delivery, the system didn't allow it so I had to choose branch delivery. The order ended up being delivered to a random business in another province while my order confirmation clearly showed their branch at my local mall. Their call center was pretty unhelpful but did eventually track down the order which was split in two because the jeans were sourced from two different branches. I received the one pair at least (and thank goodness it fits) but the other has still not been delivered. Do yourself a favour and just go into the store and don't shop online with them. I've been shopping online for the last decade and have never experienced this, and from a well-known retailer no less.
