Bad experience

I had a very bad experience today with truworths, I bought a short on the 07.12.2023 worn it on the 08.12.2023 it got torned at the back on the first day that I wore it. I return to the store for complaint on why is it so expensive only to get torn on the first day, I bought it R699 for it to get torn within few hours of worn, thought the quality is very good since it was not the first time I buy truworths. I'm very disappointed to the staff of truworths saying they got nothing to do with this they can't even give me exchange it's my loss. R699, how will I even recommend this store to my friends and family.
