Bad experience at Truworths Kolonade

I went to Truworths Kolonda MALL, Pretoria North trying to use my valid Temporary ID to make a purchase and I was denied, the Manager said the Truworths procedure does not allow for Tenpiery Id's, thigh its Cobus 19 period when permanent ID are not yet available.

Feel very unhappy
