Bad delivery services from Truworths

I went to the menlyn mall to buy a few items and they did not have it in stock , the lady who was assisting me told me that I can order then the delivery can happen. I placed an order on the 30th of Jan. I called in this week and I was told that my order is on its way and will be delivered in a day . I called in today and now I'm being told that the order will only be delivered on Monday. I requested for a refund and I'm told that my refund will only take 10 days to happen after waiting for two weeks for my delivery to happen now I have to wait for another 10days . I wish i could give truworths a negative 10 for their service. Apparently they could locate my order which is not my fault, I am on holiday and will be leaving this place and now I'm being told that my order won't be delivered like I was told it would be . Don't order from them , they have poor delivery services and they can't be trusted .. never doing this again
