BAD CUSTORMER SERVICE TO LOCAL STORES
I'm sorry to hear about your experience with Truworths Maponya Mall. It's concerning to hear that some staff members have been disrespectful towards customers or unable to assist them to the best of their ability. Companies need to ensure that their staff members are trained to provide excellent customer service and represent the company.
Although I have been patient about this behaviour, it has become increasingly difficult for me to tolerate. It is unfair that we have to travel to Sandton, 4Ways or ClearWater to receive good services while we have local stores available

I have previously informed your staff about the issue and threatened to report the bad behaviour, but unfortunately, it seemed like they did not take my concerns seriously. One of your representatives, named Katlego, even encouraged me to file a complaint.
