Bad customers service
I forgot my passport here at Truworths Southgate, I called in to verify if they've seen it and they confirmed, yes. I'm here to fetch it and Ive been waiting for 20 min already for one person to finish banking, when I've mentioned that one I'm not feeling well, secondly there's like 4 stuff members roaming around and still can't assist. Bad customer service
