Bad customer Servise

On the 08 of August 2021 I went to truworths in Worcester Mall but the consultant was very unprofessional and rude. I wanted to buy things with my card but when I reach the counter I realized that my card was not with me bt left in the Car, I pleaded with her to quickly ran to the Car outside while my wife and my brother would be waiting inside. Instead of her replying to me but she spoke to her colleague in Afrikaans "saying she won't do that cz she is worried about her transport. Then I told her that there's no need for her to gossip about me while am present. She also forgot that we stay far from the mall for coming back empty handed but she continue speaking Afrikaans with her colleagues than addressing me in a smart way. Am not sure if this treatment m receiving is it bcz of the olour of my skin or not...
