Bad customer services and poor management services as well.

I went to truworths in Canal walk on sunday 11 Feb. I purchased perfume for my partner. The sales guy that was helping us told us the perfume is on special for R1687.50 when we walked out and I checked the slip the price was R2 250.00 we went back and told them. They refused to give it to us for that price. The management also won't give it to us for the price and won't give us a valid reason as to WHY we can't get the perfume for that price. I took a picture of the price on the box. No one has came back to me after contacting on numerous occasions. This is bad service. They'll never see us again and we'll be closing down our account.
