Bad customer service to the max

Truworths online has really taken customer service to the near level. I ordered 4 weeks ago. Constantly getting messages that my order is being delivered that day. Then I complaint as I never get the order. They then said the courier can to get hold of me so they returning the order to the store and credit me. These items are no longer available online. What a great experience. Truworths keep up the good work.
