Bad Customer Service & Rotten Attitude

After work Fri I decided to go to Carnival mall Truworths, how I regret going into that shop as I always shop online to avoid such disrespect with attitude from sales lady by the name of Keneilwe Molekwa- ***. As I was the next for her to call and make payment she called out her colleagues that she will be back,living me standing at the counter after 8mnts she's back she closes her eyes as in a tired person vibes and calls 'next" I refused to be assisted by her negative attitude I let behind customer to go through as I preferred to be assisted by a professional person, i ask her why she's doing this she responds" she's tired never slept" I then told her but don't take it out of me your anxiety and negativity!! she made me feel so unwelcomed in the store even in front of her manager who called her in to apologise she did not show any remorse just continued scratching her eyes and said " Askies". that sales person needs to go back for training in customer service, she looks like she doesnt love her job. Even other customers in the q told me sorry for her behavior and attitude.
