Bad customer service. Promise to call me to come and collect my items. Instead.the jump suite is not on the set aside rail.

Last week Thursday I went to Truworths The Glen branch. I liked a black jump suite that on sale for R499. When I went to pay they told me that my account was in arears. I told the cashier that I had paid my account via eft. I could not buy. Cashier put the black jump suite aside and promised to call me this week Tuesday when the money had cleared on my account. Conny was a supervisor on that day. They took my particulors but I was disappointed that Conny or the cashier didn't keep their promise. I didn't receive any call. Today its Thursday when I call. Anna told me that my item was not on set aside items. She promised to check and call me back but she didn't do it. It means that the staff at The Glen are unrealable and don't want to take responsibility. I am very much dissapointed.
