Bad customer service on hurtful shoes

I purchase a beautiful pair of shoes at one of Truworths outlets for an event in Pietermaritzburg and when I wore the shoes, they were cutting off the edge of my toes skin. The pain was unbearable and had to remove hardly 45 minutes later. I then packed them back in their box and had to continue the day with a pair of sandles. I then returned the shoes to Truworths mall of the south on which I was advised they will be taken for quality assessments as it was about a week since I bought the shoes. After waiting two weeks I was called for my feedback on which I was told Truworths cannot blame the supplier for an incorrect size purchase and I should have bought the right shoe size. Firstly I had bought the right size and the shoe fitted perfectly even your store manager agreed as she made me to wear the shoes so she can see if I had bought the right shoe size. She then confirmed that there is nothing wrong with the size but the cut and design of the shoe is the problem hence it's cutting off my skin. She then advised that I speak to your complaints line which she dialed the number and spoke to a lady that logged my complaint and a day later someone called and told me that they won't be able to exchange or refund as quality assuranid there is nothing wrong with the shoe. I'm really disappointed at the service as I had bought the right shoe size. All I want is to exchange the shoe or be given my refund. I have since left my shoes at your store and won't take them as they hurt my toes and peel off my skin
