Bad Customer Service - No replies

Terrible Service!

I bought two jersey's online - when received the one jersey was dirty - whatever is on it seems like dried paint and the material is coming undone, and the other one I bought is just too small - so immediately when I saw this after opening my order I contacted them to inform them - I even sent an email with pictures and I have now sent 3 emails without any reply even though they said we will get back to you within 48 hours... I have also used the contact us option on their website more than once - still no response...

I just want a replacement and an exchange... it's business for you so why can't you bother to reply and respond?

All I'm getting are automated responses.
